Cancellation policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase, including product selections, quantities, customizations, and shipping address.

Order changes

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes (such as switching items, changing sizes, or updating custom text). If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Subscriptions / Mail Club

Mail Club subscriptions are billed automatically each month. Orders for Mail Club are shipped the 20th of every month. If you need to update your subscription, please contact us at least 7 days before the next shipment to make any changes.
