WHEN DOES MY MAIL SHIP?
Mail is sent out the week of the 15th every month, typically by the 20th. A shipping notification will be sent when they are sent out. They can take up to 2-14 business days (U.S.) or 7-30 business days (WW) to arrive. There is no tracking as they are sent as stamped letter mail to keep the subscription affordable!

SIGN-UP PERIOD
The sign-up period ends on the 15th of every month. Any subscriptions after the 15th of the month will receive the following month's!
(ex. subscriptions made January 16th through February 15th will receive February's letter)

BILLING
When you sign up, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription. After the initial payment, monthly subscribers will be charged on the same day of the month you initially made your subscription. If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period to try your payment again. After the grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED MAIL YET
Please contact us if you haven’t received your mail within the delivery timeframe for your respective region (U.S. vs. international). Once two months have passed from the shipping date, we’re unfortunately unable to send replacements if the issue hasn’t been brought to our attention within that window.

CHANGE ADDRESS/BILLING/CANCEL
To cancel, update your payment details, or modify your subscription shipping information, log in to the customer portal.
If you are changing your address details, please be sure to set your new address as the default.

MY ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Re-shipment FeeOnce Mail Club letters have been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes to the shipping address. If a letter was sent to an incorrect address, please email us and we can arrange a reshipment for a small fee.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
At this time, we're unable to give refunds for any lost mail club letters or letters mailed to the wrong address. Lost mail may be replaced once. After a replacement has been issued, store credit will be issued to your account in full if not received.

PREVIOUS LETTERS
Any extra postcards, stickers, and sticker sheets for the current month's mail club will be available at a later time and can be purchased then!
