Subscription policy
Join by the 15th to receive the current month's letter! Mail will be sent by the 20th every month. You will receive a shipping notification, and they take approximately 2-14 business days (US) or 7-30 business days (WW) to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within that timeframe from the shipping date, please reach out via email or contact form.
Shipping is included, and applicable taxes may apply. We recommend that you check out with one (1) mail club subscription per order, without any other items. Checking out with other items in your order may delay processing and shipping times. Please be sure to include any additional information about apartment/unit number in Address Line 2 when checking out. Replacements for letters sent to wrong addresses will have a re-shipment fee.
Please note that mail will be shipped with standard US postage which means they cannot be tracked. Please understand that sometimes snail mail can be slow or get lost!
By signing up, you agree to a recurring monthly charge. You can modify or cancel your subscription in the customer portal. If you update your shipping address, please let us know so we can ensure Shopify doesn’t default to your old one.

What is the difference between Pomme and Love Letter Club?
The Pomme Club is perfect if you want an affordable way to support our art—you'll receive a postcard or sticker sheet, a sticker, and journal prompts to spark some reflection. The Love Letter Club includes everything from the Pomme Club, plus a letter and extra surprises curated to match the mood of that month's theme—for those who want to dive a little deeper into the experience.
