Mail Clubs
- Billing Information
After the initial subscription, monthly subscribers will be charged on the same day of the month you initially made your subscription. If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period to try your payment again. After the grace period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
- When does my mail ship?
If you subscribe on or before the 15th of each month, you will receive the current month's letter. Any subscriptions after the 15th of the month will receive the following month's!
Mail will be sent out on the 7th and 15th of every month, with send-outs on a rolling basis in between. They can take up to 2-7 business days (U.S.) or 7-21 business days (WW) to arrive.
- I have not received my mail yet; what do I do?
Please let us know if you haven't received it within the 2-3 weeks of our shipping date! If you're shipping outside of the US, letters can take up to 2-5 weeks to arrive. At this time, we're unable to give refunds for any lost mail club letters. If you haven’t received your mail within a month let us know and we will get a new copy on the way!
- I want to change my address/cancel my subscription
To cancel or modify your subscription, log in to the customer portal.
Please email us if you need to change your shipping address. Changing your shipping info in our customer portal will not notify us, so we won't be able to change it!
- I want to update my payment method
You can update your payment details and more from the subscription portal when you log in!
- I want to receive this month's letter but it's past the 15th
Any extra postcards, stickers, and sticker sheets for the current month's mail club will be available at the end of the month and can be purchased then!
Shipping & Delivery
- Where can I track my order?
Most orders are shipped by an affordable untracked, stamped letter mail service through USPS. If you would like the safety of tracked mail, please select the upgrade at checkout or feel free to email contact@aome.us for more help!
If you did purchase tracking, you can track your order directly from the shipment notification, or go into your account history and click into the order you want to track!
- How long does shipping take?
Transit times can vary depending on factors like your location, the time of year, and the shipping method selected. Below are general estimates for our untracked mailing option.
- USA
USPS First Class (untracked): 1-14 business days - International
USPS First Class International (untracked): 7-21 business days
- I have not received my order yet; what do I do?
This can occasionally happen with letter mail! Please refer to the transit time estimates in the above question. If you've waited past the transit window, please send an email to contact@aome.us with your order number and we will assist you the best we can.
- Will there be customs, duties, VAT, etc.?
Domestic orders do not incur duties. International orders do not incur taxes or duties if they are sent with stamped letter mail.
Products & Orders
- How long will it take for my order to be packaged?
Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. We're a two person team that's currently juggling all parts of this business so we really appreciate your understanding and patience!
- Can I change my address after ordering?
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you realize there's a mistake, contact us as soon as possible—changes can only be made before the order is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.
- Do you have any coupon codes?
We have a buy 2 get 1 free promotion for postcards all year round. We will also run sales for special events and for our birthday months in May and September. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to stay tuned as we announce sales and promotions there first!
Note: Coupon codes must be applied before your payment goes through and the order is confirmed. We cannot apply codes retroactively!
- When will your products get restocked?
All mail club products such as Love Letters and postcards will not be restocked after selling out. Some sticker sheets and stickers will restock occasionally depending on interest and availability, but we generally like to create new products to replace them instead, so grab what you like while there's still stock!
- What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not accept any refunds, exchange or cancellations. However, if you have an issue with your order, do reach out to us first! We can work something out.
